The Faith of a Mustard Seed

In many Bible verses about faith, faith is often regarded as an ability of man – the ability of man to receive the goodness there is in God. “According to your faith” is the phrase used to measure how much we receive and how much we do. So then it is seen that faith has become the bounds of our life. Surprisingly, little is required of us – faith like that of a mustard seed. The rest is now supplemented by the activity of a Supreme Being. Although it is still in-question if how much is little, we can be sure that “little” is man’s perspective. That’s the message – faith of little amount. So why bend it to say that it is from God’s perspective? Anyway, as mentioned, the rest is supplemented by God. Although it can’t be proven, who knows that God really is the one who watered it to full growth? So, faith then is the little ability of man watered to grow to enable him to receive the goodness there is in God.
